Michelle Ann Bild, 63

Michelle Ann Leahy Bild finished her battle with cancer Tuesday, June 13, 2017. Born Jan. 20, 1954, in Alexandria, Va., to military father Edward D. Leahy and mother Mary C. Busin. Michelle spent her childhood throughout both the U.S. and Europe.

After a fulfilling career as a business owner, Michelle found her real passion in life after rekindling her romance with her true love, Randall Bild. That love brought her to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where she spent the last 13 years as a homemaker.

Always on the go, whether it be baking a sinful treat, cooking for friends and family, visiting a friend in town, or meeting the newest four-legged friend, Michelle’s vivacious energy and love of life were felt by all around her. Having a true knack for making anyone she met feel special, Michelle found great joy and passion in giving back to her local community.

Michelle loved nature, grounding herself through long walks and time spent in her garden. Always finding the positive light in any situation, Michelle’s contagious optimism never left her. Her quick witted humor, beautiful smile and boisterous laugh could never be replaced.

Michelle will be survived by her loving husband, Randall, in their Cougar Gulch home along with their fur babies, Lucky and Larry; her daughters from other mothers, nieces, Breanna and Christian; stepdaughter Jennifer and her brother, Steve.
