Sign of summer: Boulder Beach opening at Silverwood

Silverwood Theme Park opens its 21-acre Boulder Beach Water Park for its 15th season on Saturday. Boulder Beach offers speed slides to a lazy river, wave pools and a toddler springs area.

Admission to Boulder Beach is included in Silverwood’s general admission price.

The newest addition to the water park, Riptide Racer, is a mat racing water slide that features six side-by-side racing lanes for sliders to compete against one another.

Silverwood offers over 70 rides, slides, shows and attractions in the park, including four roller coasters and a drop tower.
