SUMMARY OF POST FALLS ORDINANCE NO. 1308 The City of Post Falls, Kootenai County Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of Post Falls Ordinance No. 1308, which repeals Municipal Code Chapter 5.04 and adopts a new Chapter 5.04 to regulate the sales of alcoholic beverages in the city by providing for the licensing of retailers of beer, wine and alcohol; establishing fees and regulations for the issuance, transfer, renewal, revocation and suspension of licenses; providing rules of conduct for licensed retailers; providing for catering permits to allow off-site sales by licensed retailers and providing that violations are a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months or by a fine of up to $1,000.00 or both; repealing conflicting ordinances; providing severability; providing repeal of conflicting ordinances and providing severability.
