CAT: Do what's right

There is a monster living in the Coeur d’Alene community and someone knows who he or she is.

I’m referring to the person who dunked that innocent cat in diesel oil — how that helpless animal must have suffered.

Someone out there knows who did this. Do the right thing and turn this monster in. You could be saving the life of a child.

It is a well-known fact that child abuse begins with animal abuse. This person has no conscience and will do this again.

I believe there is a special place in HELL for this monster.
