Megan Brianne Larsen, 19, of Post Falls, was recently called to serve an 18-month mission to the Nevada Las Vegas Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is the daughter of Erin and Tom Buffalo of Post Falls.

Megan graduated from Post Falls High School in 2016. She placed 2nd in State Solo Competition and 1st place in Regional Solo Competition. Since high school, she has taken general online college classes. She worked as a nanny and then as janitor for Lakeview Dental.

Daniel Curtis Benham, 19, of Plummer, was recently called to serve a two-year mission to the Washington, D.C., North Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the son of Yvette and Curtis Benham of Plummer.

Daniel, who was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, graduated Salutatorian from St. Maries High School in 2016. He attended BYU in Provo, Utah, for a year where he studied computer science. He last worked for Riverfront Suites in St. Maries.
