CAT: Cover the cost

I would ask all readers who were horrified by this awful act to step forward and help out on something they might not have thought of. This was an awful act and I hope the person is caught. But I am asking all to possibly give a few dollars to the Alpine Animal Hospital on Best Avenue. Someone paid for this care. Was it the party that brought in the cat after finding it? Was it the hospital that attempted to save this cat? I think all of us who own and have loved pets can chip in a few dollars to cover this cost. This was very upsetting to all of us. I just ask that we chip in and help cover costs expended to help the one who covered the cost and make it good. Thank you for allowing me to ask this.
