CAT: Photo too much

I am so angry and disappointed that you chose to post a picture of the cat that was brutally tortured. Rather, how about a story to find out who did this horrendous act? Talk to neighbors and investigate. There is obviously a very sick individual(s) out there. Use common sense and a little empathy when placing photos of how they can affect a person and their senses.
