CAT: Act of evil

I’m sitting here reading the paper and cannot stop the tears running down my face. I cannot believe we have individual(s) who live in our community that are this cruel. That cat did nothing to deserve this. Animals give us unconditional love and don’t judge. I hope whoever is responsible for this is caught and punished to the full extent of the law and then put on a busy intersection with a sign stating what they did! I guess we do have people in our beautiful community who are just pure evil.

I do want to thank the person who took the cat for help and the veterinarian and staff who did all they could.
