ANGEL: On to bigger things

The Hospice Thrift Store lost an angel recently. Alice Bundy was one of the tireless volunteers who worked there and made my weekly trip in all the more fun. She was always so kind and helpful to everyone. She will be greatly missed by her coworkers and customers. I remember talking with her at different times and saying “Alice, what are you doing here? You don’t look like you feel very well today.” And she would reply “No, I don’t, but I wouldn’t feel any better at home and at least here I might get some sympathy.”

Thank you, Alice for your humor, your kindness and all your hard work. Rest in peace.
