FELONIES

Martin, Marty R., 42, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for domestic battery, $40,000.

Radford, Justin L., 35, Spokane Valley, failure to appear for burglary, no bond.

Strong, Rodney D., 40, Post Falls, probation violation for aggravated assault, no bond.

Tokun, Pavel N., 26, failure to appear for burglary and grand theft, no bond.

Williams, Tanner C., 23, Spirit Lake, probation violation for burglary and petit theft, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Bahr, Richard R., 52, Rathdrum, probation violation for driving under the influence, $7,500.

Barnhill, Blake E., 27, Harrison, probation violation for possession of paraphernalia, $7,500.

Bruegeman, Cole B., 22, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $5,000.

Cook, Leonard D., 47, St. Maries, probation violation for domestic battery, no bond.

Fagerland, Nicholas R., 20, Hayden, probation violation for resisting/obstructing law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia, $25,000.

Le Mieux, Jared A., 40, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery in presence of child, no bond.

Litchfield, Jeffery P., 34, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

McFarland, Stormey R., 25, Post Falls, failure to appear for criminal conspiracy and petit theft, $25,000.

Moreland, Charles C., 56, Hayden, probation violation for domestic battery, no bond.

Osborn, Christopher N., 42, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for domestic battery, no bond.

Smith, Brandon A., 30, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $50,000.

Tapp, Robert J., 23, Spirit Lake, failure to appear for resisting/obstructing law enforcement, threats in official and political matters, intoxicated person on roadway, $5,000.

Wentland, Daniel R., 21, Kellogg, probation violation for petit theft, $5,000.

Yapp, Robert R., 24, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges and failure to display insurance, $5,000.

Young, Jeremy M., 38, Rathdrum, failure to appear for domestic assault and malicious injury to property, $2,500.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office at 446-1300.
