Everett R. Brubaker, 83

Everett R. Brubaker, 83, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed from this world into a far better one on Dec. 26, 2016, where he once again will be waiting for his beloved wife, Doris. Growing up I would ask “what’s taking so long?” and he would reply “waiting for your mom.”

Married for more than 63 years, he leaves behind his one and only true love of his life, Doris; sons Rob (Laine), Doug (Kathy) and David (Cyndi); five grandkids David, Cody (Elaina), Brandon, Renee (Seth) and Eric; great-grandson Dominic; sister Carol; brother Rich (Kathy); nephews John (Michelle) and Andy (Lindsey); grandnephews Greyson, Rowan, Ewan and Reese; Aunt Lynne and more friends than we can count.

He will forever be missed by all who knew him and laughed so much with him.

A memorial will be held from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017, at the Post Falls Senior Center, 1215 E. Third Ave., Post Falls, to celebrate a life well lived.
