The Trojan senior wrestler, unseeded at 170 pounds, won a Tri-State championship last weekend at North Idaho College, beating Kiran Srikanth of Pullman 9-5 in the final. “I’m just so happy for him, and his success right now,” Post Falls coach Pete Reardon said. “He had a season-ending knee injury in the first tournament last year. It’s been frustrating for him, but he’s putting it all together this year. He’s making the most of his opportunities and wrestling so hot this year.”
