NIC: Debit card debacle

I had one legal transaction that I submitted for a summer class. I paid it in full. The next day my card was run for a future class that I was enrolled in, but not able to take due to prerequisites.

North Idaho College took my debit card and ran it two more times — once for the class I could not take and another time for the class I had paid for with the summer class. These transactions have caused me overdraft fees and countless headaches. These unauthorized transactions from NIC using PayPal took less than 60 seconds to go through, but it has caused me seven days of anguish trying to get my money back!

NIC needs a better accountant and a better system. I have followed the advice of their main accountant and still have seen no action from her office. Be wise my friends. Cash is still King! When dealing with NIC, do not use their accounting services, and be “wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove.” I call this robbery!
