PRESS: Better service needed

This concerns the Coeur d’Alene Press delivery service. I have been getting the paper for more than 40 years. This is the worst service we have ever received. I have called at least three times in the last two weeks about not getting the paper or not receiving it at a decent time. I have been told that they are short on carriers — no excuse. It is 11:35 on Sunday, no paper at all! Called, just a recording.

I don’t expect my paper by 5:30 a.m., but I think 8 a.m. is a reasonable time. This probably won’t get published. I am checking into changing papers.
