CONGRESS: Tax reform time

“Repeal and Replace” Obamacare was a campaign pledge which obviously didn’t have enough support to pass, at least until after the midterm elections.

What might have passed would have been a temporary bipartisan effort to plug the leaks on Obamacare to keep the program from sinking. In other words, make health care better and more affordable now, and work on tax reform, etc., now. Fight the battles that are winnable when the time is right.

General Patton understood this, General Custer didn’t.
