James Robert Wymer, 76
Jim passed on Feb. 27, 2017, at Kootenai Health. He was born in Newton County, Mo., on Feb. 15, 1941.
He is survived by his son, Jeff of Coeur d’Alene; grandchildren Chelsea and Chase of Post Falls; and brother John of California. His beloved wife, Janice; and beloved daughter, Jeanette, predeceased him.
He was well-known in the flooring industry and was the previous owner of Panhandle Carpet One. Some called him grumpy, but deep down he was a big Teddy bear with a generous heart. We will all miss him very much.
A family celebration of life has been held.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA), Janice Wymer Scholarship Foundation, 1928 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814, would be welcomed.
