GIFT: An unexpected delight

It is a great honor to know there are people who will do a good deed for people they don’t know. While attending a recent breakfast meeting, one of our club members greeted a restaurant guest and his children and had a brief conversation with them. He learned that this person was the father of 10 children, four of whom we met. All of his children are home schooled. The four children we met, all girls, were well-spoken and very polite.

Later, after the guest left the restaurant, we were told he had purchased our entire table’s breakfast. We were absolutely amazed and would like to say thank you. It is wonderful to know there are special people still around. We will try to pay it forward!
