In the paper April 15 there was a man who was disabled, beaten by his caregiver at a Coeur d’Alene facility. The attacker caused a deep laceration to the man’s face that required stitches and also removal of one of the man’s testicles. The man who did this only got 10 days and a $300 fine.
I think he should be turned over to the veterans for some water boarding for this blunt force trauma. A slap on the hand does not show justice.
The leaders of this city need to start a vigilance committee and take care of problems like this. Help the people of this city.
