Luke Stavros, former vice president and chief sales officer at Ground Force Worldwide, was recently promoted to president of the company.

This promotion comes on the heels of Ground Force founder and CEO Ron Nilson’s announcement of his retirement.

Stavros has been with Ground Force for 12 years, and in that time, under his leadership, the company’s sales and product support departments have experienced some huge success.

“Luke has proven himself both persistent and resilient in the face of adversity and has always impressed our customers,” said Nilson. “I’m proud to be able to provide him this opportunity, which he has shown he deserves through years of hard work and dedication to the company.”

Ground Force, headquartered in Post Falls, Idaho, is a manufacturing company that designs, engineers, and builds mine support equipment. Its product line comprises more than 30 machines, which it ships to customers in more than 60 countries around the world.
