NOTICE OF DECISION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Coeur d'Alene Planning Commission held public hearings on April 11, 2017 and decided the following: ITEM: SP-3-17 By a vote of 5-0, approved the request of Kootenai County for approval of a Criminal Transition special use permit in the C-17(Commercial at 17units/acre) zoning district. Location of the property proposed to be annexed: The property is described as a +/- 12.192 acre property at 5500 N. Government Way and legally described as a parcel of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 51 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho.
