In the second game, Natalie Sell hit a three-run homer and pitched a complete game as Coeur d’Alene won 8-5.
“Natalie Sell pitched a great game,” Coeur d’Alene coach Darren Taylor said. “She only allowed a couple of earned runs ... she was awesome today.
“Pretty good that we answered back after that first game. Most of their runs were unearned or mental mistakes. We need to get outside more. It’s not an excuse, but just made too many mistakes.”
