Lani Kay Hotchkiss, 47

My soul mate, Lani Kay, passed away in her sleep with me, Mike Hotchkiss (husband), on March 29, 2017, unexpectedly. She was born on May 7, 1969, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

She was my best friend, my wife, my life and also my best secretary for All-Ways Plumbing. She had a way with talking to people and made everyone feel good and important. She also worked with me in the field and was very knowledgeable about plumbing. Before that, she was a butcher for Albertson’s and also a truck driver, secretary, and a manager for Interstate Plastics in Mountain Home, Idaho.

She is survived by two daughters, Christy Matthews and daughter Devyn, and Sara (Jesse) Perimeter and daughters Kaylee, River and Addison; her mother; three brothers; and numerous half brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She will be dearly missed by many.
