In addition to insurance, bonding ability and adequate licensure, the following standards will be used to evaluate the prospective bidders: * Satisfactory experience of no less than four (4) acute care projects where company has performed general contractor work within the last five (5) years. Include current contact information for the owner and architect. Describe in detail the scope of work contracted, start/finish dates and construction related costs excluding associated equipment costs. * Satisfactory experience of proposed construction superintendent listing no less than four (4) acute care construction projects this individual has managed in the last five (5) years. Include a detailed description of their management responsibility, the scope of work contract start and finish dates, construction related costs excluding associated equipment costs. Companies with multiple qualifying superintendents should submit as many as possible at submission time.
