WALK: Reward all participants

| September 14, 2016 9:00 PM

I had a wonderful time at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It is a wonderful cause that I fully support. It was a beautiful day, and I had my team and family members there. In tow were my 3-year-old and 5-month-old granddaughters. They did the best they could, but we fell behind. I think we might have come in last. The arrows showing the way were gone, there was no finish line, no fruit and granola waiting for us.

The wonderful ladies from Kootenai Health dug up some necklaces and a tiara for my granddaughter. I just want to put this out there for all organizations that put on events. It is important that you treat the last finishers as well as you treat the first.
