CRIMINALS: Time to get tougher

Almost every day in the newspaper there are reports of career criminals either being arrested again for various violent crimes or being pursued for those crimes. It appears that these outlaws, when apprehended, receive a slap on the wrist and are released after posting a minimal bond to continue terrorizing their victims.

Granted, this doesn’t occur with all people arrested, but the habitual criminals should spend a long time in jail without the bond opportunity.
