HEARN: Guilty of integrity

Tom Hearn, as a certified mental health practitioner, furnished to me as judge from 1987 to 2002, reports which I used in felony convicted sex offender sentencing proceedings. He also testified in my court. Tom gained a reputation among judges for integrity and professionalism. His appointments by Idaho governors and attorneys general demonstrate his professionalism. His longtime commitment to serving his community and Idaho is proof of his ability and dedication.

I know Tom to be an honest, capable and down to earth hardworking professional who has proven he can contribute in a valuable and constructive way to the resolution of the issues addressed in the Idaho Legislature.

I commend him highly to the voters and I personally and publicly thank him for his service to the Coeur d’Alene community and the state of Idaho.
