Post Falls to dedicate scoreboard in memory of Hinz tonight

A new football scoreboard dedicated to former Post Falls High football coach Jeff Hinz is scheduled to take place just prior to tonight’s Coeur d’Alene-Post Falls football game at Trojan Stadium, which is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m.

Community members and others raised funds for the scoreboard to honor Hinz, who died of non-smoker’s lung cancer in July at age 45. Hinz, a Coeur d’Alene High grad, coached the Post Falls High football team for the past 11 seasons.
