McLAIN: Does his homework

We support Russell McLain for Kootenai Board of County Commissioners seat 3. An Independent, Russell has been active in a variety of local and county government affairs.

A clear thinker, he carefully researches items of concern, seeks out other opinions and then formulates a positive approach to various issues.

A graduate of Texas A & M and USAF veteran, he has championed new approaches to education and transparency. He will foster positive business environment and remove unclear positions in the County Comprehensive Plan. Above all, he will listen to constituents and act positively for ALL Kootenai residents.

Thank You and Vote for Russell McLain on Nov. 8.
