| October 12, 2016 9:00 PM

PLUMMER — Lillian Rhea had 14 kills for the Lakeside Knights in a 25-18, 25-22, 17-25, 25-21 North Star League win over the Clark Fork Wampus Cats on Tuesday at Ron Miller Court.

Sarah Daman had 13 digs, Alyssa SiJohn 56 aces and Rachael Arthur two aces for Lakeside (8-4, 6-3 NSL), which faces North Idaho Christian on Thursday at Holy Family Catholic School in Coeur d’Alene.

“The girls, they really played with some intensity in the first two sets,” Lakeside coach Brad Veile said. “And then Clark Fork took some momentum in the third set, but the girls picked it up in the fourth set. It showed that when we put an offense together, we’re tough to stop. We weren’t passing the ball well in the third set, but when we mount an offense, we play a whole lot better.”

Clark Fork is 7-6, 6-3.
