ELECTION: Question voting policies
I’m writing this in an effort to be completely honest and transparent. In recent weeks I authored a letter in the Coeur d’Alene Press alleging potential voting fraud using electronic voting machines connected to George Soros. Under my article, in bold script the Coeur d’Alene Press denounced its validity. I contacted Mike Patrick who relayed his only validity source was the DREs manufacturer.
Since the truth is important to both of us, we struck a deal to publish the results of my independent investigation into the voting systems used in those states listed in my original article. These states were listed on Internet websites as using Soros affiliated DREs without paper backup. For those of you who wish to do your own research, I will provide Mr. Patrick with a list of the Secretaries of State and their phone numbers for each state listed.
I discovered that seven (7) states: Maine; Michigan; Montana; Nebraska; New Hampshire; Oklahoma; Vermont use paper ballots marked by pencil or pen depending upon the optical scanner system used to tabulate the totals. Hard ballots are retained in the event of a recount challenge.
Four (4) states: Arkansas; Kansas; Tennessee; West Virginia use DREs. Arkansas has (64) counties using 10-year-old Ivotronic Machines manufactured by ESS. Eleven (11) counties were issued new ExpressVote Machines by ESS. These machines produce a hard copy that is used to tabulate the vote totals. Voters are instructed to check the hard copy for accuracy, then place hard copy into voting box. Hard copies are retained for possible recount challenge. Kansas uses two different DREs. Optical Scan and TouchScreen Machines manufactured by ESS. Not all voting machines are user verifiable.
Three states Alaska, Florida and Hawaii never returned my calls although they were given a deadline of over a week to respond and several reminder calls were made during that time frame.
Most disturbing was the response or should I say lack thereof I received from New Jersey. They flatly refused to provide any transparency even though they were aware this article would be published in the Coeur d’Alene Press.
I did not pursue the voting systems used by the listed Territories: American Samoa; Guam; Puerto Rico; Virgin Islands.
I’ve concluded that enough inaccuracies occurred in my original website research to question the accuracy of any website information regarding state-by-state voting procedures and equipment used in local and national elections. I’m very disturbed by the lack of response by Alaska, Florida and Hawaii. New Jersey’s flat refusal to provide transparency is unforgivable. Individual counties seem to have control of voting procedures and equipment with little input from their respective Secretaries of State.
A thorough investigation into the voting policies and procedures of all 50 states and their respective counties is badly needed to restore public confidence.

There is no way in hell the American people can be sure the 2016 presidential election is not rigged. When 16 key states use Smartmatic Voting Machines, Smartmatic Software, and Internet to tally votes for the 2016 election. These machines and software are owned by a company in the United Kingdom run by CEO Baron Mark Mailock-Brown that is affiliated with George Soros. Not only is the opportunity to cheat the count with software but also by an internet hacker. There is no way to prove the vote was rigged because there is no hard copy of the original vote. Also this raises the question of foreign influence on national elections, which is illegal. They only get away with this because they incorporated in Delaware April 11, 2000, which is the easiest state in the union to incorporate.
The citizens of those states should demand a hard ballot. The following states are: Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
