Update: Sanders in Spokane today; Bill Clinton will be there tomorrow

With caucuses set for Tuesday in Idaho and Saturday in Washington, the Democratic presidential candidates are making last-ditch efforts to rally support in the Inland Northwest.

Bernie Sanders will hold a rally Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Spokane Convention Center, Ballroom 111ABC, 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

According to Sanders’ campaign managers, he plans to discuss a wide range of issues, ranging from college affordability, immigration reform and campaign finance reform.

Sanders will also hold rallies earlier in the day Sunday in Vancouver at 11 a.m. at Hudson’s Bay High School and at Key Arena in Seattle at 2 p.m.

All rallies are free and open to the public, but admission is first-come, first-served, so RSVPs are strongly encouraged.

The Clinton campaign announced Friday that former President Bill Clinton will attend an organizing event Monday in Spokane.

The Clinton campaign said additional details about the former president’s visit will be released at a later time.
