Daniel M. Gibbs 'Danny,' 57

Daniel M. Gibbs “Danny,” 57, passed away at his home in Coeur d’Alene from ongoing medical problems on March 3, 2016. Danny was born in Orofino, Idaho, on Aug. 15, 1958, to Chauncy and Glenna Gibbs.

He attended school in Orofino and began driving logging truck at the age of approximately 14. He resided in Orofino until moving to Coeur d’Alene in 2000 with Marie, his wife. Danny and Marie finally decided to marry on March 9, 2012.

Danny is survived by his wife, Marie; children Mark, Kimberly, Don Jr. (DJ) and Amy; stepdaughter Mandy; grandchildren Kirsten and Thomas; siblings Bonita, Pertyl, Ruby, Helen, Charlie, Rose, Billy and Walt; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Danny was preceded in death by his parents.
