ACA: Just the facts, please

I would like to do an unbiased study of the effects of the Affordable Care Act. I see or hear statistics on positive results from sources that probably have a stake in its success or very generalized judgments about purported negative results. Can anyone lead me to some solid data, both negative and positive, on the subject?
