PROJECT: In a word, no

Regarding the so-called Convention of States project underway (story in June 16 Press), no doubt the leaders have already written a new and greatly improved U.S. Constitution. It would state that only white morons over the age of 70 with an IQ no greater than 0.00 would be allowed to vote in any election in the U.S. Why would anybody be opposed to such a great new Constitution?
