William 'Bill' Louis Rise, 68

William “Bill” Louis Rise passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 2, 2016, following a lengthy illness.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Anne McRoberts; his father, William L. Rise; stepfather Richard McRoberts and his brother, David Rise.

Surviving family members include his three children, Jennifer Deer along with her husband Michael Deer, Natalie Rise and Daryl Rise; their mother, Nancy Manley; brother William Geary Rise; six beautiful grandchildren; many cherished friends; and his friend and companion, Koko, his much-prized Westie.

An intimate memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2016, at Yates Funeral Home, 744 North Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and is open to all of his family and friends.
