Robert Jay 'Robbie' Alverson, 62

Robert Jay “Robbie” Alverson was born Dec. 13, 1953. He passed away May 23, 2016.

He was born in Billings, Mont., and at 18 he enlisted into the Army. He served as a heavy equipment operator hauling fuel. He then made his home in Coeur d’Alene and became a construction painter for 39 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and his backyard.

He is survived by his wife, Teri of Coeur d’Alene; his brother, Chris of Phoenix, Ariz.; and his many friends.

No services will be held. The family requests any donations go to Hospice.
