REFUGEES: Rules for citizenship

Why can’t we learn from Australia? Australia has principles and rules to live by and refugees are told to abide by them or leave the country.

Why can’t we tell those people, whether they be refugees or immigrants, to leave America unless they are willing to learn English and embrace the principles of freedom that Americans live by that have made the United States of America the greatest country in the history of the world?
