GREETINGS: 'Tis the season

I have noticed during the last couple of months strangers smiling and saying “Hi” with such a greeting that you wonder “Do I know this person?” but you realize you don’t and get a warm feeling. I smile and count it as a blessing. I am counting every blessing be it free, simple and obvious. The health, the safety, friends and family.

Sometimes we don’t acknowledge the beautiful gifts we are given. Thank God every day for the gifts that often we take for granted; one mishap and it could be gone. Then you realize how much you are truly blessed beyond belief.

I’m so fortunate to have everything I love intact and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a beautiful and bright New Year.
