PARK: Righteous indignation

| December 14, 2016 8:00 PM

My family moved to Idaho in 1963. We have lived in the same area since. We have seen all the changes here, some good, some not so good. The proposed ORV park is more than not so good. It is a terrible idea.

The proposed area is a place filled with wildlife we need to preserve rather than displace. Going down my drive I wait for elk, deer or wild turkey crossing into or out of part of the proposed sight. These animals as well as all the others have no way of fighting for themselves, we have to do it for them. “The righteous care for the needs of their animals.” Proverbs 12:10, is my reminder and hopefully will be a reminder for those involved. Please take notice of this proposal and join the many others in stopping the ORV park and encouraging Mr. Snyder to look at a more suitable place that will not upset the balance of nature and the families that live nearby.
