DEMENTIA: Dolls matter

| December 9, 2016 8:00 PM

A group called CDA Crazy Love reached out to many residents and wanted to help with my goal to help reach into the long-term memory of my lovely residents suffering from this disease. There has been so much response that I cannot express my gratitude to a group that brings practical love and such outpouring of love for their services to mankind. It is a beautiful thing when people see those in need and rush to their aid. CDA Crazy Love did see the need and their response was overwhelming!

It is a beautiful thing when mankind reaches out to one another. Dementia patients are just like all of us who have a past. They have walked many miles before this disease took over their lives. These people are wonderful and they add so much to our daily lives if one sees it. Simple things are what is needed and the sound of music is very special.

I am grateful for this group of people who love mankind and I am grateful for their hearts that just want to love people. This awesome group of people coming together in even the small things in life brings hope for those who are imprisoned with this intrepid disease. I am honored that they loved our residents enough to give abundantly from their hearts. It truly is the small things that count…Thank you CDA Crazy Love, you have made a difference in all our lives.
