LEVY: Enough is enough

NO. You have gone back to the well too many times. The state of Idaho needs to take care of this within their tax base. School District 271 lets facilities sit idle, do land swaps, do not want to use alternatives, such as Hayden Canyon Charter School. You only want more and more to build your empire. Look at school bus actual usage; it’s a waste.

More than 25 percent of my property tax bill is for School District 271, plus a portion of my state income tax. You have learned well from federal, state and local government how to make your financial statements so burdensome that no one reads them. If you don’t get what you want, you just keep on asking in another levy.

Enough is enough; quit begging like spoiled brats. The preceding is my opinion and belief at this time.
