POST FALLS — Joseph Glenn shot a 1-over 70 to earn medalist honors for the Post Falls Trojans in the Post Falls Invitational on Thursday at The Highlands Golf Course.

Post Falls won the boys team title with a 297, 14 shots better than Lewiston.

Lewiston’s Kylie Esh won girls medalist with a 76. Mt. Spokane won the girls team title with a 356.

PRIEST RIVER — Hogan Samuelson of Kellogg and Phil Pollacia of Bonners Ferry tied for boys medalist honors, both shooting a five-over 71 in an Intermountain League tournament at The Ranch Club.

Kat Rauenhorst won girls medalist honors for Kellogg, which swept the boys and girls team titles.

RATHDRUM — Brooke Bowers hit a two-run double and Allison Morris added a two-run single for the Trojans in a six-run top of the seventh inning, who went on to sweep the Hawks at Lakeland High.

Morris finished the opener with three RBIs. Abby Melton and Bowers scored two runs each in the win.

In the nightcap, Bowers hit a three-run homer for Post Falls (9-7), which hosts Lake City on Saturday.

Faith Bodak finished the day with three hits for Lakeland (6-11), which hosts Sandpoint on Saturday.
