Lindquist to take over as

Coeur d’Alene High AD

COEUR d’ALENE — Coeur d’Alene High will have its third athletic director in three years, effective this fall.

Mike Lindquist, principal at Venture High School, was recently named AD for the next school year. Bryan Duncan, who is also the Vikings boys and girls golf coach, will finish out this school year as AD.

“Bryan missed the classroom and wanted to return back there,” Coeur d’Alene High vice principal Troy Schueller said. “He will teach science classes for us.”

Duncan took over as AD this year for Todd Gilkey, who was the Vikings’ AD for eight years. Gilkey returned to his old AD job at St. Maries this year.
