WOLFINGER: Serves all citizens

We are writing to encourage voters to register for the upcoming election for County Sheriff. We specifically encourage you to vote for Ben Wolfinger (R). We have known Ben for several years and have worked with him in several different capacities.

This year Ben was a visitor in my (Shelly’s) second-grade classroom to share during College and Career week. During that visit (and in other events like this), I observed just how much Ben cares about the citizens in our community — especially our youngest citizens. He took time to answer many questions about his job and the role of law enforcement in a community. He spoke thoughtfully in order to answer questions that would help create common understandings. It was an important event in our classroom and one that my students still refer to as a valuable learning experience.

Ben takes his job very seriously and it is apparent that he cares about the people who work for him. He is a consummate professional and someone that we fully respect and trust. We have served with him in various community events and we have watched him work and speak both in the community as Sheriff and as a community member. He has a humble, servant-leader attitude that is reflected in the many roles he has, both on the job and off.

For all of these reasons and more, Ben has our full and continued support. Please vote on Tuesday, May 17! Please consider your vote as a vote for Ben Wolfinger, Sheriff!
