Ronald 'Ron' Wales, 83

July 24, 1932 - March 23, 2016

Ron left this world of pain to walk the streets of gold March 23, 2016. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, then left at an early age for Washington. For his last few years, he resided in Idaho. Ron was a Navy Veteran.

He knew no strangers. He managed his rental properties and did electrical work for businesses and residences throughout Eastern Washington. Ron was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association for many years. He greatly enjoyed the rides and many friends he made there.

He is survived by his wife, Marilee, of 16 years; stepson Tony Fero (Jacque) of Bremerton, Wash.; sister Carol (Joe) Stortini of Tacoma, Wash.; and brother Richard “Dick” (Joanne) Wales of Silverdale, Wash.

The memorial service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016, at The Church of the Nazarene, 4000 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A reception follows at the church.
