DUNCAN: Ethical, hard-working

| April 22, 2016 3:23 PM

I support Leslie Duncan for Kootenai County Commissioner, District 3.

Leslie would make an excellent county commissioner. I have known her for more than six years and observed very admirable qualities. She has the perfect balance of past experience, present involvement and a desire to serve.

In 2015, Kootenai County had 212 homeless women and 121 homeless children under the age of 18. Leslie has a heart to end homelessness and compassionately serves on UGM’s board, championing the needs of the women and children to local churches, organizations and groups. Her service on the nominating committee has contributed to interviewing and electing four members to the board.

It has been a pleasure having Leslie serve on the board. Through her experience and service on the Women’s Auxiliary Board for UGM Women and Children Center, Coeur d’Alene, Leslie Duncan has proven that she is hardworking and ethical to be the next county commissioner of Kootenai County.
