Robin Lee Silva, 52

| April 15, 2016 9:00 PM

Robin Lee Silva, passed April 7, 2016, at the age of 52, though now gone, will live on for many years to come.

Preceded by her parents, Robert Silva and Christine Colman; and sister Emma Jore. Survived by sons Michael and Robert; grandchildren Kale and Harper; brothers and sisters Rocky, Leona, Marie and Marvin; nieces Trisha, Tica and Jessica; nephews Logan, Tyrell, Bruce, Demetrius and Zach; and so many loving friends like Anastacia and Tom, Shane and Tristin. Each of whom carries their own part of her as we make our way through life.

Her work in the kitchen aside, she will be most remembered for the love she shared with so many of us. Born Jan. 28, 1964, in Moses Lake, Wash., she grew up between there and Mineral County, Mont., where she would eventually return after serving in the Army, to raise her two sons Michael and Robert and have a hand in raising many more alongside her mother, Christine. She loved a good cup of coffee and lilacs, extra butter on her popcorn and “Law & Order.”

She loved the little things, a cool breeze, the showers that come with spring and the sweet sound of her grandchildren’s laughter. It brought her great pleasure to feed anyone who came into her home. Words cannot describe the loss that comes in her passing, the heartache felt by her loved ones or the grievances now pressed onto our world. However, the world she left behind will not soon forget her, and though we must all now mourn her passing I hope you find comfort in your fondest memories and pass on the joy she gave to you.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Bell Tower Funeral Home, 3398 E. Jenalan Ave., Post Falls, Idaho. Please share your thoughts and memories of Robin in her online memorial at www.belltowerfuneralhome.com.
