PREP ROUNDUP: Rottini paces Lumberjacks at Orofino Invitational

OROFINO — Donaven Rottini won the boys discus with a throw of 131 feet, 9 inches, helping the St. Maries Lumberjacks finish seventh in the 15 team Orofino Invitational on Tuesday at Orofino High.

Stephan Davenport finished second in the 200 for St. Maries, which finished with 45 points.

St. Maries’ Alena Davenport was second in the high jump and third in the triple jump for the Lumberjack girls, who finished tied for sixth with 51 points.

Host Orofino swept the boys and girls team titles.
