ILLEGALS: Where 14th isn't protection

Regarding Juana Perley’s letter Aug. 28, the 14th Amendment states: “All persons born or naturalized in the U.S. and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” If you are a foreign national, you are not subject to our jurisdiction, and your baby is not a citizen. The 14th Amendment was crafted to turn property into citizens, and should have been sunset when that was accomplished.
