POWER: Just fix it, please

Just found out why we don’t have power on Lundsford Lane and area. Avista and Kootenai Electric are arguing over who is responsible. One says they own the poles and the other says it’s not. As of this writing, we are on our sixth day already. We pay our bill to Avista. So get the blasted thing fixed!
